E’ semplicemente fantastica!

Dried fruit, malt and leather in the aroma. A hint of alcohol is noticeable, but it’s pretty well integrated. Nice taste, perfect beer.

330ml bottle (2012) from Archive Beer Boutique. Layers of colour make this beer visually appealing. The modest foam clings to edge of the glass. Aromas of plums, peaches and nectarines fill the nose. In the mouth the beer is full, smooth and silky with a texture. This is a very good beer.

15/12/2012 Bir&Fud (tap). Bevuta a Birre Sotto l’Albero. Corpo pieno, carbonazione corretta, gradazione alcolica importante. La migliore interpretazione del genere in Italia.

Ambrata. Schiuma abbondante e persistente.

Nice orange color with white heaad. Cider aroma, caramel malt and some spicy. At taste is light sweet and light sour with a pleasant apple flavour.

330 ml bottle from ArtigianBeer, served in a snifter glass. 2013 vintage, bottle n° 278. Deep sunrise orange, almost amber, with an average off-white head which dissipated leaving a nice and persistent thick ring of foam. Intense aroma, quite herbal/medicinal with notes of toffee, strawberry jam, sour black cherry, and diapers. Unused diapers, fortunately! Just a hint of booze, but nothing resembling the actual ABV. Quite complex in the mouth, revealing different layers of flavours each time. Definitely plums, dark fruits under spirits and baked apples. Alchoolic finish, with a pleasent warm down the throath, quite sweet and honey-like. Average carbonation, medium body and oily texture. A fantastic sipper.
