Bottled 0,33L. Dark hazy and fraught yellow/orange color, very lively and bubbly aspect with a incredible foamy head of long long persistance. Fresh and cellar aroma, fresh malty and little winous notes, aged yeast and barley. Prickly and lively taste, a little acidulous malty body with a equilibrate alcoholic sweet final.

fine ivory white that disappears fast without lacing. straw-yellow orange colour a bit turbid. aroma a bit sour, anise and yeast. taste of wheat, anise, alcoholic and wheat sourness with a long bitter a bit spicy and warm aftertaste. quite a lot of carbonation. bottle 33 cl / lot #07512 / best before 9-2013

Blonde.
Le nez est pas transcandant. tres tres legerement herbacé et fruité.
Avec une amertume tardive en bouche. Les premieres notes en bouche sont d’abord maltées puis deviennent plus verte et fleuri sur la fin.
Ca reste frais en bouche.
Mais je ne suis convaincu

Bottle at BeerDeLuxe. Yeasty beer, some balance from the malts is missing. Aromas of grain and bread. Taste is sweet and sour, with average length. Palate is creamy, highly carbonated, medium body. Orange, with a frothy head.

Bottle from mane liquor. Cloudy yellow pour. Nose has yeast, sour watermelon and spices. Taste is quite tart and sour. Pretty good take on a saison. Not my thing usually but this goes down ok on a hot day

Murky mid brown colour with tiny white head.
Earthy aroma of farmyard, mild yeast and malt.
Flavour is yeast, caramel sweetness, malt and mild hoppy bitterness.
Decent saison.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 07/2013, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20121208) The beer poured muddy orange and cloudy. Its head was very small and white. Aroma had spices, sourness, malts and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with quite high carbonation. Flavours were spices, sourness, sweetness, hops, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A quite nice saison with a bit too much sweetness for my taste.
