COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

330 ml bottle from beer-shop.it served in a tulip glass. Rich sunrise orange, slightly hazy, with a fluffy and persistent off-white head. Looks great. Quite hoppy nose, well complemented by all the others saison qualities: rye bread, flowers, pepper and spicy yeast notes. Moderately sweet and as expected quite dry. Slightly bitter and peppery as well, with a citric aftertaste. Average carbonation, medium body and creamy texture. Ironically, less "traditional" (in my opinion) than other Extraomnes saisons, but still pretty tasty.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Pours a yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is full of wheat with some yeast and citrus. The flavor is similar. I get some yeast and pepper character, as well as some orange and wheat. Very dry overall. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottled 0,33L. Dark hazy and fraught yellow/orange color, very lively and bubbly aspect with a incredible foamy head of long long persistance. Fresh and cellar aroma, fresh malty and little winous notes, aged yeast and barley. Prickly and lively taste, a little acidulous malty body with a equilibrate alcoholic sweet final.
