Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruit, saison yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, saison yeast, spicy, peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Bottled. A murky golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, spices, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, lemons, yeast, and malt, leading to a dry yeasty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is light spiced, dry peppery yeasty. Yeasty, peppery and phenolic. Dry and light toasted malty. Vague sweetness.

Fruity aroma of citrus peel, spices and yeast.
Fruity flavour of spices and caramel with notes of hops and yeast.
Spicy and hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Miss January / AA Meeting Afterparty Tasting, March 2012. Pours cloudy golden with small white head. Yeast and fruit. A bit of banana and alcohol. Quite straight. A bit of pepper. Full bodied.

Cloudy blond color. The aroma is essentially spicy. The body is dry, there is some spiciness, very light fruitiness. Easy.
