COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tanta schiuma, colore d’ oro velato.

Hazy deep blond color. Mild fruity and spicy aroma, light sweat. Good body structure; sweetish flavor, with some spices, some yeast and mild fruitiness.
Not as aggressive as a real Belgian, it carries some of the characteristics of American beers, but it’s quite good.

Bottle @ Miss January / AA Meeting Afterparty Tasting, March 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a full creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, oranges, pepper and pineapple. Bitter and crisp flavor. Quite lovely.

I love elegant smells and this beer is wonderful. Not too much complex and not expensive, If you have a "beer fridge" at home you MUST have one of this beers because is one of those to offer to a special friend! (a friend that knows something abut beers)

Bottle, pured at home. Belgian-inspired beers, smell you perceive herbal and floral notes, the palate is quite dry with a hint of candy on the finish, a very drinkable one. Small jewel of Italian brewing

On draft at Bir & Fud in Rome. They had some difficulty with this pour, massive carbonation lent itself to more head that beer and a lot of waiting. Once it settles out it was hazy and orange with a lot of head left. It’s very difficult to smell anything with this much head, but what I could get was mild citrus and spice with some light pine. Taste is sweet and bitter balance throughout. Mouthfeel is creamy and sharp. Heavy body. I would like to try this again when the head isn’t a problem.

26/11/2011 La Tana (tap). Dorata, intensa, riflessi arancia, buona schiuma, abbastanza persistente.
