Light orange colour, some carbonation visible. Average head, decent persistence, nice lacing. Fruity and estery aroma (peach, pear) among a soft yeasty feel. Some floral notes, a light herbal hint. Taste is slightly on the sweet side with a hint of bitterness in the finish. A light caramel malts base, fruit notes (peach, pear...), slight herbal/grassy hint, a bit of earthiness. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden. Medium body (actually very light for the ABV) and average crispness, mouthfeel is very easy and smooth. As the aroma suggested the beer feels very soft. Very well done

33cl bottle. Pours hazy dark golden with a beautiful thick white head. Aroma is acidic with some malts, citrus, yeast, spices, some earthy note. Taste is strong sweet malts, minimal acidity, lots of yeast and some bitter hops closing the dry finish. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body, light to medium carbonation. Very well hidden alcoholic content, very good beer.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable creamy head, cloudy lightish orange color, yeasty vanila aroma with hints of wood and sweat, citrus and herbal flavor with some honey heaviness behind, quite bitter with a hint of alcohol, fruit almond aftertaste, light sourness. A bit heavy and not exactly balanced, but still quite drinkable.

On tap @ Craft Beer Co., London - UK. Color: clear blond beer with medium carbonation and small white foam. Smell: very high floral nose with sweet presence. Notes of camomile, melon. Taste: medium body and sweet floral domination. Summer sensation on mouth, very sweet flowers! Nice and tasty, good attenuation. Sweet finish. Not so saison, but very interesting. Aftertaste: nice sweet bitter, and floral bouquet.

Tap at Craft. Caramel, booze aroma. Taste is similar, quite nice, sweet snd boozy, bit Belgian, stille nacht vibe. Nice enough but not quite for me at this stage.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, residual halo white head. Palate is slightly viscous with mild fine carbonation. Sticky sweet pale malts. Bread. Ripe orange and ripe sticky tropical fruits. Strong sweet finish. It’s not terrible but does seem a bit over cooked.

On tap at CBC Clerkenwell, gold with a faint haze and a funky estery-fruity nose. Dry-sweet with a huge alcohol bite and a dusty spicy nuttiness over golden fruit and caramel. It’s really impressive how well it all fits together.
