COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Licet insanire. L’ingannevole apparenza.

Draught @ Brassierie 4:20 as "Extraomnes tripel tripel." Aroma is a bit offensive with urinal cake, citrus and biscuits. Flavour is somewhat tart with citrus, toffee, apricot and mild spicy tones. Also some alcohol in the aftertaste. Too stuffy and too much alcohol, but not bad still.

Tap @ 4:20, Rome.
Pours hazy golden color with a large white head. Sweet toffee and Mandarin on the nose, yeast and some spicy notes too. Flavor is sweet with toffee, spicy with yeast and pepper, some wood and h hay too. One of the richest, most balanced and tastiest Tripels I’ve had in a while. Nice.

Pale golden color with a good formation of a white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of yeast, light citrus, and fruits. Flavor slightly sweet with a good presence of alcohol but well hidden with yeasty, bready and fruity notes. The final is mild alcoholic with a light sweetness. Nice!!

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A brown orange opaque beer with yeast sediments ; orange at the bottom of my glass ; big white lasting head ; good lacing. Fruity aroma (lemon, prune), biscuit, caramel, herb, resin. Medium sweet and medium dry bitter refreshing. Full body, silky texture, good carbonation, sweet warming finish, herbal note. Overall, a great tripel : delicious liquid silky cake.

Appearance is golden, fairly clear, a big white head which eventually settles down leaving plenty of lacing. Aroma- very fruity, banana and orange, zesty, malty, spicy. Taste- more bitter than expected, malts, fruity, medium mouthfeel but quite clingy, bitter hoppy finish. Very good.

Bottle bought at GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy, rich golden amber, thin white head which is quickly gone. Oily looking and a little thick in the glass. Nose is zesty citrous lemon and grapefruit rind, estery perfumed Belgian yeast, honeysuckle floral and honey on bread. Taste has that crisp pungent Belgian yeast combined with some bitter hop, to give it a nice bitter eatery and citrous kick, with a strong and heavy pale malt backbone. Citrous rind lingering on the finish with a bit of spice.
