Bottle @ Siebter himmel. Buonissima, la migliore tripel italiana. il profumo è un po’ standard, di frutta gialla e zuccherina, mentre il profumo dell’alcol passa da avvolgente a penetrante man mano che si scalda nel bicchiere. la schiuma è pannosa come quella di un cappuccino. il colore è giallo carico, tendete all’ambra,non bellissimo invero, forse l’unico difettuccio, ma potrebbe essere una bottiglia mal conservata.. In bocca è gustosa, di buon corpo, ma perfetamente equilibrata dal luppolo, non "impasta", anzi disseta. Piacevole l’alcolico. Very good.

33cl bottle at La Cantinetta, Rimini. Color orange with huge lasting white head. Aroma malt, yeast, hop, spicy, fruits. Taste apricot, sugar, yeast, hop, spicy, orange. Great tripel.

Orange golden, clear with big white head. Aroma contains lots of fruit, herbs, hops that are also present in the taste together with yeast. Very sweet. Nothing exceptional.

330ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Big fruity aroma is the first thing that you notice when you pour this beer. Also some pepper and cloves in the aroma. Strong honey amber colour with a lazy swirling head of foam. Awesome flavour with a slight alcohol burn in the back of the throat. Good mouthfeel that is full and smooth,this is a very good beer.

Got a bottle just a few days ago. Not shiny at all in colour, very yeasty at best. Maybe a rotten one with lots of off flavours and rough palate. Hope to taste a better one in future.

Una buona triple, fresca, bevibile e aromatica, meno impegnativa di alcune triple di rifermento belghe.
Minimo sentore di luppolo.

Pours copper orange. Aroma is bananas, oranges, spice and cloves. Flavour is much the same but lacking in the spicy punch offered by the aroma

Golden color with white creamy head. Malt and spicy aroma, medium bodied with light sweetness and no alchol perception.

Cloudy orange colour with average sized off-white head.
Yeast, fruits and fermented berries in aroma.
Flavour is yeast, fruity hops with malty body. Balanced. Slightly thin. Quite easy for a Tripel or 8.5% brew. Alcohol well hidden.
