COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Licet insanire. L’ingannevole apparenza.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Cloudy deep blond color, with generous head, persistent. The aroma is fruity (plums), a bit soapy and yeasty. Dynamic mouthfeel, with sweetish malt flavor, light spices but also light soap; some fruits, and some yeast; it has a correct bitterness, with some alcohol perception in the end.
Good, but unclean and a bit chaotic.

On tap at Bir&Fud. Very hazy amber beer. Big white head. Softish smooth palate. Creamy sweet malt. Typical tripel aromatics but this one is really smooth and well done. Semi dry finish. Nice tripel.

Etwas alkoholischer Beginn. Unrund. 13/8/9/8//8

Yeast in suspension, in furiously lively orange beer with a huge whitish head. Toasted and other malts, with faint vegetable hops; dough notes. Dry, hoppy-bitterish and vegetable main flavour; peppery-spicy and many yeasty esters. Yeasty spiciness mounts with yeast poured & with temperature, getting gingery; malt backing also intensifies. Quite slick but good attenuation; unbelievably lively. Medium body. Quite good, not overdry tripel, worth trying. Mille grazie, Lorenzo - e Schigi, ovviamente!

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2012 Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker,Gent, Belgium, Friday 8th June 2012 consumed Saturday 23rd June 2012 Pours hazy amber with a white head. Very decent Tripel, if I tasted this blind I would be convinced it was Belgian. Nice spice and yeasty balance, sweet but not overly so. Good fullness of flavour, very nice. A6 A3 T8 P3 Ov15 3.5
