OK beer. yngwie (3394), Kristiansand, Norway Dec 19, 2007 Updated: Jun 30, 2008Bottle, 70cl. Pours with a huge, off-white, collapsing head over an orange-golden body. The nose is a bit sourish, yet caramel-sweet, with some malt and some spicy notes in the background. The flavor has that same mix of sour and sweet, but the sweetness is dominating, with caramel and malt, and a little spicyness. Medium to full mouthfeel. Fruitysweet, caramel finish with a little sourness. Maybe it was nicer when it was bottled, but it wasn’t bad either. (071027) Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 27, 2007 Bottled.
