Aug 31, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized, non-persistent frothy white head. Sweet, cara-malty nose with a touch of biscuits and shy hoppy notes. Sweet flavour with a light touch of bitterness, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented taste with light notes of cara-malt and biscuits; solid malty and quite hearty finish with a delicate hops-character. Likeable Export (06.08.08).

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Golden to deep golden, smaller, slowly collapsing off-white head; solid sweet-grainy nose; medium bodied, moderate to robust sweetish, only faint bitter flavour; almost a tinge of alcohol in the mainly sweet-grainy, slightly tart and bitter finish. Quite well rounded, chewy Helles........

Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Light malty, light sweet smell of bread. Normal sized white foamy head, which disappears after a few minutes. The body is of an bright yellow. Malty and light sweet start, mild taste, medium duration. Light to medium body, light creamy texture, lively carbonation. Not a bad one.
