On tap at Borealis in Guelph. pours yellow-orange with a decent white head. Wonderful aroma of malt, bread, perhaps some caramel. medium bodied, moderate carbonation and minimal bitterness. taste is somewhat sweet. Overall this was pretty good. A pretty awesome lager.

on tap at borealis kitchener. light golden, white cap. sweet malt aroma. just enough hops to save the flavour. boring and passable but not flawed in any major way.

[2857-20100501] Tap. Cardboard yeast aroma. Clear, yellow orange body with a quick foamy white head. Sweet celery-like grains flavour, is a little sweet with green leafy vegetables. Light-medium body. Something hidden I cannot figure out but otherwise sadly boring.

2010-05-01. Crisp dark yellow body, with a small white head. Flavour has modest hoppy bitterness throughout, very light floral hop character, mild pale malts, touch of bready notes. Lingering grainy pale malt. 6+ Mild aroma, mild grassy/straw notes, pale malts. 6+ Average pale malt. Okay for what it is. On tap at Woolwich Arms, Guelph
