Pours gold with a thin white head. Not much of an aroma other than a slight citrus scent. Dull carbonation. Thin. Apples and grape flavours. Some bready malts. It has some good flavours but it’s so unpronounced.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2004 Bought fresh from the brewery. Poured a pale gold color with a 3 CM white head that reduced fast to a surface covering thin light lace. Medium-low carbonation. Very faint odors of grassy fruity sweetness. Light and thin up front then the light body releases a faint apple/pear fruityness and suble tartness...like a weak malty cider. Finishes fast, thin and cleanly with very little aftertaste (just a slight metallic effect). An average tasting beer...a bit thin and flat for my tastes.

there is a bit of cream balanced with hops. A bit sweet. Not offensive but an average beer. Bit of head. Attractive golden yellow colour.

Friuty, malty aroma, golden, small white head. Malt and bread flavour, some bitterness, a little sweet, but well balanced, a pretty good beer.
