2011-10-30. Murky dark orange body with a small frothy beige head. Flavour is very herbal, mild bitterness, bit yeasty. 6+ Aroma is similar, yeasty notes, and a strong herbal spice character that I did not entirely care for, mild fruity undercurrents. Average plus to medium bodied palate. 3+ Apparently there are carrots in it? I didn’t necessarily pick those out. I did not really care for this one, and it suffered I think at least partly because it was not at all what I expected it to taste like when I ordered a dubbel. Would try it again, but it was not to my tastes today. Cask Days 2011, Toronto

Shared, thanks to scott, this one was quite interesting, it was very different, there is really quite a bit of carrots in here, they really come though, nice experimental brew.

[4055-20111030] Cask. Citrusy industrial bathroom cleaner and mild pot aroma. Murky, brown orange body with a quick bubbly head. Cardboardy grease cleaner fluid flavour has some herbal oddities. Medium body. Strange, not in a pleasant way. (6/3/6/3/11) 2.9
