Bottle - 341ml (drove to Guelph to buy) pours dark copper with an average off white head. smell of caramel and biscuit. decent body, not too thin though find it needs to be lower in carbonation. good patio beer, much better than your staple beerstore brands. hope distribution takes off for this one.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2008 Draught at C’est What? Deep amber colouration to the body with a small off-white head. Creamy, smooth taste with maltiness and caramel overtones. Medium bodied, but perhaps overcarbonated. Okay, but nothing special.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Dark copper-red with a small white creamy head. Smells of doughy caramel, toast, and near burnt malts. Tastes a bit sour and creamy with some abrasive carbonation and almond nuttiness.
I’m pretty sure I’ve had this several times over the last couple of years but only got around to rating it now, wow.

Sampled at the Kitchener craft beer show. Pours a nice brown colour with a small head. Aroma is malty, slightly earthy. The taste is almost entirely malty, with very noticeable elements of roasted coffee. Enjoyable over-all.
