typical grassy grainy nose. Flavour is much of the same. the finish is also grassy. the grassiness takes ovver, meh, not a fan.

341 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear light golden with a thin white head. Aroma: Starts odd with a sweet nutty note, then some pleasant cereals, decent grassy hops, toasted rice, a sort of wet ash note, a hint of fruitiness. Palate: Medium body and carbonation with a bit of the characteristic Pils smoothness. Flav.: Grainy, cereals, cooked cereal, a bit of grassy hops, a little straw, a little cardboard, a touch of vague fruitiness; dry with a little bitterness and a pleasant biscuit malt finish that is a hint metallic.

Drinkable but misses the mark stylistically and comes off a bit bland.

Bottle - light orange with some good carbonation, light white head. Grassy hay aroma, some hops too. Fairly grass and hop flavour, some dryness there too, I had it at a friends party, handy and enjoyable for such occasions

Thanks to Joey Capps. Not much of an aroma - some sweet cereal. Overy sweet and herbal. Reminds 40’s purchased from the corner store.

draught. very light, golden (almost white) body with a small white head. light subtle grass aroma...nothing else. this is really bland and uninteresting - seems to be a trend this evening. light grassy hops also some astringent sweet grains. slight sour notes in the finish. sub-par.

On tap at Phog Lounge, Windsor On. Golden pour. Creamy head, 1cm thick. Nice lacing. Light grain aroma, slight note of lemons. Citrus accented hops stand out in the flavour, grainy malts behind it. Light hop finish.

Tasty and refreshing. On tap at the Winking Judge in Hamilton, Ontario. Sparkling gold body accompanied by a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy. Flavour is sweet and more lagery than pilsnery. (Am I allowed to say lagery and pilserny?) Decent.

on tap at the castle on king. pale yellow with some white head. some lacings. i neither paid for or enjoyed to majority of this half pint. aroma of grainy malt and floral noble hops. minimal. served in optimal condition and very fresh. this is a micro beer trying to go macro, ala wellington trail head. not in any way bad but still far from good. THX FOR THE FRESH SAMPLE CASTLE ON KING!! YOU WILL BE MISSED!!!!!!!

Actually has a slightly fruity smell to it. A little raw wheat and a little apple sweetness. Taste is crisp, even a little bitter. Pours blond. No head. High carbonation. Aftertaste pretty much zilch but for a little bitterness. Really not bad for style. Tap at volos.
