On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden, big head. Fruity hop nose. Good bitterness. Decent beer, but served a tad too cold.

Overall: Toffee, sweet bread, pine, soap, a deep white peel bitterness and dry finish. Well done.
Note: Bottle 500 ml at home. Reviewed 2014-11-05.

In short: A yeasty and moderately hoppy amber ale lacking in brightness. Ok.
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Partly cloudy amber body topped by a persistent medium off-white head leaving lots of lacings on the glass.
In long: The low-intensity hoppy nose is fruity and piney and a bit dank. In mouth the beer has a slightly doughy texture with medium carbonation. Body is chewy caramelized malts, a fluffy crème caramel sensation, medium presence of fruity and piney hops. A bit too much yeast presence. Hops lack a bit of freshness sensation, the fruitiness had an overripe character and the coniferous part felt resinous. This beer is a Madrid brewpub take on an American idea, and meanwhile Spain gets to take three hour siestas every day and we’re over here acting like that isn’t the greatest idea ever.

Cervesa molt equilibrada tant amb les maltes com amb el llúpols. Cerveza muy equilibrada tanto con las maltas cómo con los lúpulos.

Una IPA fresca y equilibrada. Espuma cremosa. Color naranja cobrizo ligeramente velado. Densidad mediana. Suave y delicioso amargor final.

Opaque orange with white lacing foam head. Nice hoppy aroma, tastes real bitter. Some cheese notes. Lasting bitter aftertaste. (Madrid 201402) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

IPA de referència de la fàbrica. La barreja de llúpols li dona un gust intens però gens dur. De sabor afruitat a taronges madures amb regust floral al final, aroma escas però en conjunt bona ipa artesanal.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost amber coloured, small off-white head, fruity nose. Toasted malt, fresh citrusy hoppy and soft alcoholic with pleasant hoppy fruity finish. Nice and refreshing.

Perhaps the most interesting IPA made in Spain right now. When fresh (which is frequent) this beer has a crushing hop aroma and long aftertaste that shows its 7.2%. A rounded hop bill gives it balance. Don’t eat the barley.

A fresh and balanced ipa. Definitely a surprise in Madrid that is worth the trip.
