Cask @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear light medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, light to light light moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100803]

Cask @ GBBF 2010. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty and weak hoppy aroma. Fruity malty flavor with some dusty hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty finish with weak hints of caramel.

5 Very simply bitter aroma, not much there at all.
3 Rich orange, almost no head
6- A bitter, but a dull one.
3- Flat palate, short finish.
11 Disappointed, suspect this was beginning to tire.

Cask@GBBF2010. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is bread, fruits, wood, spices and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is very much the same along with some hints of nuttyness.

Cask Handpump at Ye Olde Vic, Stockport 29/05/2009 Some fruit aroma. Golden coloured smooth on the palate and a little hoppy with a hint of dryness in a crisp malt finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 23/2/09. An inoffensive deep golden session bitter. Aroma of summer fruits and a hint of caramel. Flavour had some biscuity malt, grassy hops and a short bitter finish. Ok.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel, Northampton. A golden coloured beer with a white head and lacing. A hint of diacetyl in the nose, but not in the mouth where the taste has a little light hop. Another clean and ordinary Facers beer (one more to come)
