Half pint pulled at the Corn Mill in Llangollen (Denbighshire, Wales), a clear light brown (cola-like) with a creamy slightly tan head. Aroma certainly has ginger (ground ginger rather than fresh though), but something else like pepper or tumeric maybe - very interesting. The ginger is dominant in the flavour, but also with a smooth and light mouthfeel. Very drinkable - my better half certainly thought so.
