A Mes rate: Cask at Chelmsford Beer Festival. Very pale colour. Bland and hoppy all round. Very slight sweetness in an almost malty finish. Very dull.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel, Northampton. A light golden coloured beer with some off white wisps for a head. The aroma is dull with just a little fruit. The taste has a little sweetness but is ordinary like its two stablemates I had the same lunchtime.

Cask Handpump at the Centro Cafe Bar, Manchester 30/04/2004 Golden colour slightly sweet and hoppy. Fruity with some dryness in a lasting malt finish.

Nice looking pale golden bitter. The aroma has some rather under-developed malt, but not much in the way of hops. Not much in the way of flavour either. Dry, but a bit dull and thin. Not offensive, but not impressive either. Cask (gravity dispense), Twickenham Beer Festival 2004.

Cask@Twickenham BF. Sulphury/boiled egg nose. Some white grape. Spritzy mouthfeel, grainy and thin, a bit boring.

Cask conditioned at the Twickenham BF 2004, day 1. Program says northern county, beermad norther country. Either way it’s a dull, boring, nothing bitter. Thing, slightly malty, suphuric and tastless.
