3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Very solid APA. Pours a clear light orange with a bit of head. Big trop hop aroma, definitely can pick out Simcoe and Mosaic. Malt flavors are clean and balanced. Drinks very easily, could session this with no prob.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bronzed body, not much head, just less than paper thin, a bit thicker around the edges. Sharp catty, citrusy nose. Catty, orange passion fruit flavor that is pretty intense, yet still has some balance despite the strong aroma and flavor. Catty finish with a bit of a fusel/fuel taste.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Nice pale ale. Lots of pine and eucalyptus in the aroma. Clean mid taste with a light hop finish. A bit thin for an American pale ale.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
An easy drinking heavy hopped pale, very light golden color. Not a typical pale but lacks the body of other session low alcohol IPAs that I always hope will have more oomph! Oh well, guess you can't replace the sugars and ABV and still have that great hoppy palate.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A very solid APA. A very clear golden color, could be mistaken for an amber lager. Pure citrus on the nose. Satisfying bready flavor with a rush of assertive hops. Very dry, but refreshing. If you see it on draft in Oakland and are looking for a sessionable pale ale, it’s hard to do much better than this.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is one of the best easy drinking pales on the market. Solid tropical and citrus fruit, caramel and bread malts and a subtle lasting bitterness in the finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at the tap room. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and sweet malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Solid APA all around.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Nice quaffable pale ale with some hop bite. Pairing it with a bahía de cochinos and it completes the meal, holding up nicely against the seasoned pork and spice.
