May 18, 2006 @ Kerstbierenfestival, Essen 2005. No notes for appearance...?hmmm. Smells woody, sweetish, spicy, and some varnish/hairspray. Tastes flowery, sweetish, bitterish and lightly spicy. Full bodied, silky/soft tasting, not much co2. Rather good.

Light, clear body. Cask wood aroma. Lightly sweet flavour, very watery. Lightly to medium bodied. It appears as they somehow get hold of a good recipe for their regular beers, but can’t manage to create new good beers theirselves.
