Bouteille 75 cl du Comptoir des Fagnes à Mariembourg (B). Cuvée 3. Blonde claire au goût étonnant de pommes fraîches et douces. La pièce est envahie de ce parfum. Bière pas compliquée, douce (E 950), agréable et qui donne le sourire aux 4 dégustateurs. Le support de bière est présent en finale par une touche d’amertume.

Very good, fluffy, light yellow head over coppery golden beer, lively carbonated. Concentrated fruitester as in Turkish fruit or suikermuisjes; dusty apples and glue. Sweet, fruity flavour, dried apples, and, essentialy ester-flavoured candy, dissolved in sparkling water. Oppressive MF, syrupiness camouflaged by the fizzy over-carbonation. In danger of corrupting my prime principle... as expected from this source.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is apple, pear. Flavour is sweet, apple, malt, pear, sugar. Unbalanced strange beer.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, off-white head. Pear-like sweet impression on the nose, with a good dash of fresh apples. Not as acetealdehyde, but fresh real apples. Sweet flavor with white sugar, and apples like in an industrial cider. Medium body, almost sticky. Sweet finish. Well, not my beer, even though it’s far from bad. 091024

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate perfume - soap, apple, pear cider. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091024]

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet aroma with fruity and malty notes. Flavour likewise although I got a bit of glue. Finished sweet.

Bottle, 4.5%. Perfumy peach and apple aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sweet, peachy, soapy and perfumy. Very perfumy in the finish, as I imagine a deodorant would taste.
