Aroma syrupy, fruity, malts.
Medium body. Taste sweet, fruity (syrup), sticky.
Not a great fruit beer.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 JorisPPattyn (6729) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 29, 2009
Bit soapy-cramy yellowish head over foxy-copper beer. Appaling sweet-perfumed reek, as something made for the toilet of British female teenagers. Or a Cadbury filling. Scorched caramel with the worst artificial fruit flavours. Rather well-carbonated, very faint burning MF, backthroat syrupy slickness. Des Fagnes - there’s one thing I have to admit about them - they never let you down. Just as you thought it couldn’t get worse...
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Ungstrup (23961) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 8, 2009
Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of Lipton tea with forrest fruits - not bad - but just not very beer-like. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of forrest fruits as well as light notes of wood, leading ot an artificially sweet finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 BoBoChamp (3217) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 18, 2009
75cl, exclusive brew, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex fruit brew, too heavy, not balanced, clear, small head, nothing special, too sweet
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 fonefan (24928) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2008
Bottle 75cl. @ TFODRBSG 2008, Ulfborg, Denmark Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy forest berry, fruit tea. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (230808)
2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2008
(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy amber golden with tiny floating impurities and a small off-white head. Distinct berry notes - blueberries - are showing in the nose. Medium body, very sweet berry accents, so intense that I bet they cannot be pure fruit alone. No real hop bitterness. 230808
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 yngwie (9196) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 1, 2008
Bottle, 75cl corked, shared by fonefan. A deep golden, more or less clear beer with a decent beige head. There’s just some micro-sized floaties disturbing the view. Very berryish aroma, blueberries very evident, with generic forest-berries as well. The same goes for the flavor, which also has some menthol notes and sweetness, and finishes berryish. Medium to full body and a little carbonation. A really special one, nice though, but I doubt I would finish a bottle on my own. (080823)
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 faroeviking (8805) - HAITI - SEP 25, 2008
Botella. Courtesy of brugmansiafonefan. Unclear amber. Aroma of forest fruit tea. Sweet very fruity tea currant flavour. Sweet fruity finish. Bustling with sweet fruit, bit too much.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Maria (8582) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2008
TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of Fonefan. The color is red-orange and the head is creamy. The aroma is very fruity, and passion fruit is the strongest note, but it’s OK. The flavour has sweetness and notes of passion fruit and blackberry – it’s to heavy and spoils the overall impression.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Plovmand (4961) - Helsinge, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2008
Bottle at Ulfborg RB tasting. Thanks fonefan. Poured amber with a reddish creamy head. Very fruity aroma with lots of berries. Flavour is heavily fruity with forrest fruits first comes to mind. Interesting brew.
