UPDATED: JAN 8, 2007 Bottled. Cloudy amber, brief airy head. Striking beady aroma with a touch of raspberries. Very sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Syrupy rye bead with aniseed. No bitterness. Rather confusing.

Bottle bought at the brewpub. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a big white head. Lightly malted with yeast and some fruits. Nice smell but a bit to over carbonated.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of alcohol, coriander, anise, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, but it is also rather spicy - espcecially lemongrass, cloves, and coriander coming thru, and also with a light note of alcohol, leading to a dry spicy finish. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Fruity aroma with anise and coriander. Dry and overpowered by the spices

Light unclear light to medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, coriander, anisseed. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Distinct aroma of coriander with a whiff of aniseed. Medium body with fruit and yeast, some diacetyl and a dry finish without much bitterness. 230808

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of Brugmansia. A hazy, golden beer with a decent off-white head. Spiced nose with coriander, anise and sugary sweetness. Sweet and spiced flavor, slightly herbal with some bitterness, quite sugary. Medium body, dry and fizzy. Pleasant bitterness and hoppy fruityness in the finish. A quite nice beer, but there was too much carbonation in the mouth. Far from world class though. (080823)

Botella. Unclear deep golden. Aroma of spices, some fruit and slight liqourice. Good mouthfeel. Flavour of spices, malt, caramel, fruits and some liquorice.

TFODRBSG08 Courtesy of Brugmansia. The color is golden and hazy and the head is creamy. The aroma has sweetness and notes of candy sugar and fruit. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, fruit, citrus and a little spice. Very nice indeed.
