UPDATED: NOV 18, 2005 brewed following an Open Source recipe; also known as Baiser de la Grognasse:-) - hazy brown colour with a little foam; aroma of licorice and prune; some notes of honey too; sweet and medium to full-bodied; the finish is fruity, citrusy with some alcohol notes - easy, good and well-made

Bouteille 33 cl de Boissons cEnter à Montagny (CH). Ambrée trouble, pratiquement sans mousse, pétillement assidu. Nez fruité, malté, notes acidulées, sève et abricot. Le goût est doux, rond avec des nuances de fruits, prune et abricot. Bien maltée, sans défaut, houblonnage à note sèveuse.
