Bottle 330ml.

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, light roasted, moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, burnt caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Amber with a small off-white head. Caramel aroma with some alcohol and a touch of leather. Sweet caramel and hot alcoholic flavour with some yeast and spice

Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours ruby amber with no head. Sweet and syrupy nose. Yeast beneath. Some dark fruit and caramel. Sweet with a touch of alcohol. A sipper.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear dark amber/brown with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and yeast. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, yeast, spices, dried fruits, sugar and a little toffee.

33cl bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Switzerland. Lot# LG061 gusher alert! yes, it’s all bottle fermented, and yes it’s yet another bottle by Faiseurs where the yeast ruins the whole experience. pours reddish/amber, thick off-white head, the more I poured the thicker and cloudier this beer became. aroma, the signature honey is there as used in many of the brewery’s offerings. Caramelized, brown sugar, and a lot of yeast in the nose, hints of dark fruits. flavors, caramel malt, lingering dark fruits, honey is moderate and not as present as other beers, it is quickly followed by mild caramel mouthfeel. High carbonation with yet again, a very yeasty thick palate that becomes too present and puts a short end to the enjoyment.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Bov. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty,light cornish. Mild fruity and slight acidic flavoured. Mild roasted and fruity lingering flavoured into a medium dry finish.

Bottled. Hazy amber coloured. Very yeasty aroma with fruity and spicy notes. Extremely sweet yeasty fruit flavour.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, and caramel, leasding to a fruity finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled (8.0% ABV, thanks Bov!). Slightly hazy copper colour, no head. Aroma is wooden, honeyish and also has some yeast in it. Flavour is quite much the same as well as some slight banana and fudge. Mild herbal notes lurking as well. Hides the alcohol quite well.

Bottled (BB 02/2010). Murky brown color, no head. Light fruity aroma: banana, wheat. Low carbonation. Sweet caramel, banana, toffee .. Interesting flat dubbel type brew. Hides alcohol well.
