33cl bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Switzerland. Lot# LG061 gusher alert! yes, it’s all bottle fermented, and yes it’s yet another bottle by Faiseurs where the yeast ruins the whole experience. pours reddish/amber, thick off-white head, the more I poured the thicker and cloudier this beer became. aroma, the signature honey is there as used in many of the brewery’s offerings. Caramelized, brown sugar, and a lot of yeast in the nose, hints of dark fruits. flavors, caramel malt, lingering dark fruits, honey is moderate and not as present as other beers, it is quickly followed by mild caramel mouthfeel. High carbonation with yet again, a very yeasty thick palate that becomes too present and puts a short end to the enjoyment.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. Appearance: It pours a murky brown beer with a quick diminishing head. Aroma: Mediocre aroma of overripe banana and chestnut. Sour. Flavor and palate: The taste is completely dominated by overripe banana. Sour. Decent palate. The alcohol is nicely hidden. Hints of cough mixture sneaking in. Overall impression: Dissapointing. Thanks Bov!
