33cl bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Switzerland. lot# LG054
Pours golden straw cloudy, fizzy white head.
aroma, farmlike wheat/hay nose that is unique and interesting, touch of coriande and honey that is now a staple of Faiseurs beers, all using honey.
flavors, light spices; coriander, thin grainy; wheat palate with lingering honey.
Simple; refreshing, keeps a lingering yeasty, wheat profile where the honey adds a mild touch of sweetness.
Not a bad wit, definitely has an interesting twist with the honey being more present and the wheat adding a harvet like experience in the nose and palate.

A hazy orange beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is very spicy with notes of coriander. The flavor is also very spicy with notes of coriander and a hoppy very dry finish. It is very hard to tell, that this is a wheat beer - You can’t taste the wheat, but the coriander gives it away as a wit.
