33cl bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Switzerland. Lot# LG074 pours amber, white with nice white head that for once goes beyond the usual fizzy head. aromas, hoppy, sweet and malty, earthly and bready nose with strong yeast presence. flavors, tropical fruits with some brown sugar quickly followed by malts. The whole mouthfeel is overly fizzy and bubbly, carbonation level is too high to really enjoy much of the beer. Touch of caramel, grainy and cereal presence. Once again, this one finishes overly yeasty leaving much of the beers’ elements to come through.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a murky copper beer with a huge rocky off white head. The aroma is of yeast, wood, hops, leather, blue cheese, crackers, lemon peel and cork. Quite a lot of leather in the taste too which is accompanied by blue cheese, lemon peel, sage and wood. Acidic. Light bodied. Smooth. Beautiful lacework. Decent bitterness. Peculiar finish. Interesting and distinct. Thanks bov!
