Bottle vintage 2005 properly brewed in 2003. [Courtesy of fiulijn, another great session @ Papsoe] Large thick beige head with a huge fizzy sounding. That was really a first time that we had heard that noisy a head. Muddy dark golden color. Spare lacework. The first impression that came to mind was beef stroganoff accompanied with heavy dried fruit and dominating spicy and Christmas feel. Medium to full bodied with a lively carbonation. Thick texture with light alcoholic tendency. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitter notes. Sweet fruity finish. That was a strange and very interesting experience, thanks Alex! 31-08-2007

Unclear reddish brown of color with a beige head. An aroma of spice, sweets, raisins,caramel and nuts. A flavor of sweets, spice, hops, raisins and candy.

Bottle. A hazy, brown body is topped by a small, dense, off-white to beige head. Spiced nose, cardamom and cloves, as well as prunes and caramel. The flavor is spiced, but with a good dash of caramel and dried fruits. Warming, full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Long, warming and spiced finish with dried fruits. A pleasant one, tasteful and pleasing, but too warming. 110129

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, spicy - coriander - ginger, moderate hoppy, perfume - soap, light to moderate yeasty, soap - perfume. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]

Pours muddy with off-white head. Aroma has notes of dark fruits and sour apples. Taste is medium sweet and light sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours unclear amber with a small white head. Nose is christmas spices. Cinnamon and clove. Christmas cake and vomit. One dimensional.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Murkey amber - white head. Banana, fruity, berries, nutty, yeasty, herbal, spicy, sharpness, alcoholic, sharpness.

Bottle at Papsø. Muddy orange red coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and spices with notes of yeast. Sweet flavour of caramel and spices with notes of alcohol. Sweet and spicy finish.
