33cl bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Switzerland. Lot# LG065
pours amber, fizzy white head.
aromas, sweet caramel malts, some spices.
flavors, one of Faiseurs’ high abv beer, a nice change that comes out nicely boozy, malty, yeasty, some candi/brown sugar and caramel.
I picked up some lingering spices that reminded me of cardamom, though not overly present was a nice addition to the beer similar to their Sambucus and use of elder flowers.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy golden, thin creamy head. Cardamom aroma. Medium sweet with firm maltiness. Sugary and orangey, evidently spicy with notes of cookies. Interesting, but a little too sweet.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 ante (3375) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 14, 2007
Bottled. Hazy amber with a low white foam. Very fruity, spicy and crisp aroma of dark cherries, elder, gooseberries, anise, ginger and alcohol. Spicy flavour of anise, mild pepper, cherries, yeast, bread and canned pears. The body is surprisingly light. Warming finsih of yeast, leaves, caramel and red berries. Interesting and dangerously drinkable.

A hazy orange beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is of corriander, flowers, malt, and oranges. The flavor is malty with notes of corriander and some hoppyness. The end is quite dry with notes of yeast and sourness. THe body is thin - especially taking into account that it is 8.8% ABV. Thanks to Alex (fiulijn) for bringing this one to Denmark.
