Draught. Pours clear tawny with a small, fizzy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, straw, meal), average hops (flowers, pine), average yeast (sweat) with notes of pear and cinnamon. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
