Slightly bready nose with some caramel. Light crisp hop bitterness. Soft texture with relatively little carbonation. Soft dark roasted malt flavours. Malty flavours with little sweetness. Hints of cookies and plum. Some dark caramel. Overall a nice Christmas beer with a good malty backbone. This is obviously not a Vienna.
