Clear copper with a filmy off-white head. Aroma is slightly grainy, bit of alcohol and sugary sweetness. Massive carbonation hides a lot of the flavours, but some decent toasty notes and winey alcohol come through. Perhaps if you could imagine a swedish 7.2% lager mixed 70/30 with a splendid toasty marzen you could picture this beer quite well. Alcohol comes through like a steam train in the finish, which is wierd considering its only 5.9%. One of the more interesting falcons.

500 ml bottle. Thin beige head leaving a ring of foam sticking to the glass. Clear, dark amber body. Faint aroma of malt and some dry dark fruits. Sweet fruitiness and malt in the flavor. Modest hopbitterness. Light-bodied for the style. Slight bitter and rather sourish finish.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2007 Bottle: Deep clear red amber colour, creamy head. Aroma of malt, and has a bit sournes, and metalic,in the end.( Is this a Falcon Bayersk in a sort of way?) Flavor is almost the same as the aroma. Thin mouth feeling, smouth maltyness,a bit citic/bitternes mixed finish. Thin to medium body, for a beer who has 5,9%!. Short finish.
