COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Falcon Pilz is inspired by teh Czech tradition of pale lager beers with more character. Some darker malt gives a deeper amber colour. More hops gives a more pronounced bitterness. More malt gives a richer flavour. Falcon Pilz has a full, yet soft character.

Small coarse white head doesn’t last. Amber body with light carbonation. No aroma beyond some transient alcoholic oily notes. Dryish grainy roasty perfumy caramel taste with rubbery dusty notes. Dry peppery aftertaste. Not too bad, I guess. (0.5l can, shop, Charlottenberg.)

Can. Thin, mostly lasting offwhite head. Pure golden color. Sweet malty aroma with some noticeable grassy and hayish hops. Sweet malt taste. Fine hop bitterness. Light-bodied. Surprisingly crisp and lively mouthfeel. Dries up towards the end. Decent.

Can. Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is a bit malty, hoppy and watery. But I agree with some of the previous raters...at least it doesn’t taste bad.
