COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Falcon Tipp Tapp är vårt finaste vinteröl. En frisk mörk lager som passar som aperitif, till moderna julbord eller med salta och söta snacks. Tipp Tapp är torrhumlad med Simcoe. Det ger en gemytlig doft av barrträd och en nypa grankåda i eftersmaken. Kan innehålla smak av grankotte.

A bottle saved from christmas 2012. Dark brown, almoust black, clear liquid with a two finger white head that dissapears quickly. Just a little lacing on the glass. Nose: Caramel malt, syrup, pumpernickel and roasted malt. Taste: Sweetness with almoust no bitterness. Very flat, watery, taste. Really not that good :(

Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grass, wet wood, light pine. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, caramel, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Botella. Clear dark brown, small white head. Quite sweet caramel mild roastish malty aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Flavour is mild with toasty caramel and malt, bit sweet and spiced like. Quite simple.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Brown colour with a golden tinge. Sweet aroma with caramel and dark bread malts, some dark fruits, faint hints of chocolate. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Short, bitter finish with a perfumed note. Thanks joergen for sharing.

Bottle in a train to Frederikssund. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet and malty aroma of caramel, rye bread and chocolate. Malty flavour of caramel and bread with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden brown. Roasted malty and breadish. Toasted malty and breadish. Bitter, herbal and spiced. Dry toasted malty and breadish finish. Metallic to mouldy.
