Bottle 50cl. A clear dark amber colour with a medium high, creamy, good lacing, off-white head. An aroma of caramel and cardamom. The taste is medium sweet and light bitter. A medium body, thin texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration.

Bottle. Reddish brown with a beige head. Very sweet with Christmas spices, especially cardamom, also some kind of alcohol. Doesn’t work for me.

500 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget and consumed on December 23. Pours clear amber with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Smell is almost all cardamom but there’s also some ginger, bread and caramel. Taste is very sweet with lots of cardamom and some butterscotch. Finish is slightly sweet and spicy. Tastes like liquid cinnamon bun dough. Way too sweet.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Very nice mumma for such a big brewery. Lots of cardamom and sweetness. The perfect compaion to the christmas feast.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2011 50cl bottle. Pours amber with a small white head. Smells cinnamon and malt. Tastes sweet malty and very much cinnamon with similar finish.

Overload of spices. Stings in my nose and tastes terrible. No traces of malt nor hops can be detected under the vile amounts of cardamom. Next to undrinkable.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2012 Bottle. Brownish/amber colour with a beige head. What a cardamom aroma :-) Massive stuff. The flavour is likewise. If you do not like cardamom, then do not buy this one. Massive

500ml bottle. Pours dark red. Aroma and flavor is just so odd. Nose has lots of spices. Ginger, pepper, neddles. Flavor is like drinkin´ gingerbread.
