As "Falken Eidgenoss Amber Naturtrüb" - I believe it is the same beer...
Appearance: Dark amber, clear. Some off-white head. Looks pleasant. Aroma: Fruit, satsuma. Some malt and caramel. Taste: Malt and slight hops, nice balance. Fruit. More caramel, hence sweetness. Info: 330ml bottle, 12/8-2011

Honig-Geruch. 10/5/4/2/6/2

swing top bottle (500ml). -Trade with Allen (thanks Julian!) as Eidgenoss Naturtrüb. Clear amber coloured, small white head, candy caramel nose. Big sediment at the bottom. Sweet malty, caramel and cardboard with touch of metal in the finish. Boring one.

0.5l fliptop bottle (with a completely different label, cool eagle over the Swiss cross) courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it in a trade with Allen (thanks both!)
For all the yeast that clung onto the cap and the neck of the bottle, this one poured a surprisingly clear amber body. It also had a small, lasting white head. The nose is basically sticky caramel and light cardboard, malty and unimpressive. The taste is soft, light and more of the same. Caramel maybe and no hop in the taste, might as well have been Hungarian. The hop does, however, show up in the aftertaste carrying some weak bitterness. Yay. It’s a drinkable, dull caramelly lager (spice/herb/vegetable? what?!). Boring.

Pours dark amber (beautiful color) with quickly vanishing small offwhite head. Roasted malts and caramel aroma. Hoppy and slightly malty flawor. Slightly sweet. Hoppy and malty on palate with similar finish.

Bottle 50 cl from Drinks of the World in Bern (CH). Nice copper color, average carbonation, small clear collar of foam. Flavor of honey, herbs, lime-tree, hint of vanilla. Body of unctuous malt, touc of acidity, the whole coated with honey. Correct balance. Surprised even the bitterness is wished.

bottle, mit dank an Julian!!! Deep golden, nearly amber colour with a mid-sized white head. Aroma of honey. Maltyx with lots of honey flavours (Tannenhonig - fir tree honey), as well as shy hints of nuts and quite a lot of herbs (Ricola?!). A very interesting and good beer. I really enjoyed it!
