Aroma of honey. Maltyx with lots of honey flavours (Tannenhonig - fir tree honey), as well as shy hints of nuts and quite a lot of herbs (Ricola?!). A very interesting and good beer. I really enjoyed it! pivnizub (5115), Bochum, Porúří, Germany

Fine swiss brew........ MoritzF (5130), Bochum, Germany

Surprisingly light-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and honey-fruity taste with floral notes; almost dry honey-ish and slightly toasted finish. Not very complex but pretty aromatic brew. 16.XI.09

Aroma: Lovely aroma of honey, burnt caramel, walnut, vanilla, oak and brown sugar- surprisingly good! Flavor and palate: A lot of great honey showing up in the taste. Hints of lavender sneaking in. Extremely smooth. Low carbonation and bitterness. Flawless malt profile. Perfectly balanced. Residual sugars in the finish where caramel notes dominate. (Slight lavender appearing). Overall impression: A huge surprise. Deeply pleasant- like a liquid baklava. Wow! omhper (12338), Stockholm, Sweden
