(bottle) slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of butter, caramel and roasted malts, with quite a bit of raisins, sugar icing and yeast. flavour is mostly pale malts and straw, only slightly buttery, with more raisins and a slightly minerally finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

33cl fliptop, Maruhn cooler. Sweet & breadrolly aroma, almond extract. Almond bread sweet malt, bio quality malts form a near solid cake, intruding on drinkability. Caramel edge. A sipper.

Bottle @ THT December. Finally a Swiss tick, thnx to deanso for supplying this beer! Pours a clear amber beer with a small white head on top. Aroma of malts, caramel, rather watery and some wheaty aroma as well. Flavor is medium bittersweet, not much else. Watery mouthfeel, light carbonation. Decent vienna, an ok beer.

Poured into a tall schooner from a 5cl bottle. Bready citrus aroma. Cloudy orange carmel color with an off white rocky head.Yeasty sour with an off-putting laquer-like finish. Medium body, oily feel, average carbonation, bitter. Doesn’t do it for me.
