COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Christmas beer, bottled. Golden colour, medium-sized white head. Mylta nose, malty flavours, slightly reminiscent of honey and herbs. Dry and hoppy finish.

Einfallslos. 7/6/8/5/8/6

Bottle (thanks to Allen!): Light sweetish-grainy nose, medium-sized white head, golden coloured; light sweetish (-grainy) flavour, medium bodied; short, thinnish bitter-sweet finish. Disappointing......

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and blond, not very persistent foamy head. Sweet and minimally bready malty nose with a tinge of dust and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium with a soft carbonation. Pale malty, slightly bready taste with bland herbal accents; moderately dry and slightly bitter hoppy finish, initially with metallic notes, that fade quickly. Profane brew. 24.II.10

Bov (8158) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 2, 2010
courtesy of Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schneider - clear golden colour with a long lasting white foam; shy aroma of oily grass; medium-bodied and with a slightly oily palate; sweet and with a very low bitterness; short vanishing malty aftertaste with light buttery notes - no character

Bottled 50cl. Reminiscence of apple in the taste. Malty. Slightly sour. Low bitterness. I didn’t really enjoy this beer.
