Hefig-herber Antrunk, im Mittelteilist dnn nur noch die Hefigkeit vorhanden, aber auch diese nimmt schnell ab. Im Abgang wenig malzig. Süffigesund erfrischendes Bier, das aber kaum Aromen zu bieten hat. 10/7/9/5/2/5

07.12.2007, 0,5l Bottle. Golden yellow colour with white head. Wheat aroma with som citrus flavour. There is also some spices and bitterness as well.

Can, 5.2% as Falkenhaus Weizen. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, sparkling. Big, stable white head. Banana flavour, clove, slightly citric, not bad. A hint of bitterness at the end.

Can. Golden, very slightly hazy with a nice, big head. The aroma is thin, but I do get some hints of clove, wheat and banana. The flavour is just as thin with a light sweetness and light notes of banana, wheat and clove. It’s not offending in any way, but it’s very thin and weak.
