Draught. Light and compact foam, discreet persistence. Limpid yellow color, lightly shining and cleaned up. Bitterish and pleasant scent. Medium pungent taste, slightly extinguished and watery on the end.

Pours a warm golden color from the tap with a frothy white head and firm lacing. Nutty aroma, probably almond, with the flavor of sweet apples and yeast. Tragically unbalanced.

Credevo peggio, tutto sommato si può anche trangugiare; ce l’hanno al Matto di Vico Casana (ristorante) e siccome stasera ci sono andato e ho visto la spina andando in bagno, l’ho voluta prendere giusto per votarla su ratebeer. Ma credevo peggio.
