3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It’s very sweet in aroma like too mature mango, peach, apricot and a little bit of cloves. It’s clear amber color with nice head and great lacing. In general it’s too sweet in my opinion.

bottle, thanks to evan for bringing a bottle of this to slunce ve skle - talk about wood to the forest. anyways, a bright shade of golden with only a faint haze; nose of toffee apple and pineapple skin; plenty of zesty bitterness that goes on and on with hints of grapefruit and white grape skin. not sure when the czech market will reach saturation point as far as american style apa’s and ipa’s go, but i hope it’s not for a while yet anyway

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from the shop Between the hop museum and the Beer Temple in Zatec. Local brewer. Pours a clear, dark Amber with a nice fluffy white head. Very enticing hoppy nose. The 3 C’s (Cascade, Columbus and Chinook). Tropical fruits edge. Mango, Bubble gum. Some toffee malt too. Formidable bitterness to finish. A fine beer and a real break from the Czech norm.
