Bottle.Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. aroma is citrus, malt, , berries. flavour is sour, malt, citrus, berries. Infected.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, soured milk. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, citrus acidic - lacto. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110319]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, golden-orange beer with some microfloaties and a finger-thick off-white head. Milkysour nose with a lemony touch. Some candy-like tropical fruits too. Medium body, effervescent and dry. The flavor is bretty and lemony, way better than the aroma but still not superb in any way. Some bitterness. Sure gone bad, but it was sort of tasteful anyway. Don’t feel an urge to repeat it though. 110319

Bottle@Ulfborg tasting.Pours golden orange with a white head.Aroma citrus, orange and sour berries.Flavor is sour and somewhat malty with some bitterness.Thin to medium body, average carbonation.Slightly off.

Bottle @ Denmark/Norway Tasting @ Ulfborg 2011. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours cloudy orange with floaties and a large fluffy white head. Tart and lacto like flavor. Fruit and berries. Ends dry and bitter. Off.. Yet drinkable.

Bottle.Light amber with a massive head,aroma of apple spices cinnamon and hops,taste of spices,musty,malt,lemon sourness and some oak,dry bitter finish.

500ml bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Unusual artwork on the bottle! Hazy straw colour with a thick billowing white head; yeasty aroma with tart fruit; more tartness in the mouth, it’s really quite sour, but also sweet and lactic, a bit like a boiled sweet. Not at all pleasant.

500ml Bottle - Dark golden/amber in colour with a lively and foamy head. Dry and slightly tart aroma with some fruity hints, a slightly soapy element and a faint strawberry hint. Fruity and slightly taste with some more hints of strawberry and a sweet and sour finish which is also lightly hoppy. A hint of strawberries and cream lingers in the finish too.

Bottle from the brewery, kindly given to be before its commercial release, drunk with renffisch, 17th June 2008. Gold with a solid white head. Sour, lactic aroma and a sharp taste, with some fruity hops. Refreshing, carbonated palate.

bottle. sweet sour lactic acid smell of very off yeast. golden hazy colour, lacing white head. quite fruity and tart, but just tastes like something has gone wrong here. strangely sour....
