COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned, occasional;
The sun will never set on the British Empire! A very aromatic dark brown beer brewed in the same style as the late Victorian brewer to give lots of malt flavour while not being too bitter.

500ml bottle from Middle Farm, East Sussex. Pours very dark brown with a thick white head. Looks great in the glass. Malt aroma. Sweet malt taste gives way to some rich roasted notes and a good long finish. Nice, but needs more complexity.
