COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - 2004 (Western Series).
Dark brown in colour, Doc Holliday is a complex mix of malt, hop and caramel. It has a slight sulphur aroma and is smooth to the palate. Very drinkable!

Cask at Babington Arms (JDW) Derby. Another of the Falstaff’s ’Spaghetti Western’ beers, this is a robust and heady brew that has a sharp aroma and dark brooding looks that suggest a stronger ale. A good chewy beer that’s surprisingly smooth.
