COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - Spring 2008. Part of the Dr Who series.
Chestnut brown in colour with a bonfire toffee aroma. Dark chocolate and toffee flavours laeding to a smooth chocolate malt aftertaste.

Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.
Clear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, damp-stained, buttery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (020508)

Cask, The Highcross, Leicester. Amber brown with a small head. Aroma are toffee malts with earthy hops. Quite sweet. Flavours are malty with toffee and caramel with lightly roasted malts. Dry and bitter on the finish. A decent session bitter. A Dr Who themed brew.
