Cask at Babington Arms (JDW) Mild Festival. Well fruity mild, fairly black with a ruddy edge, quick nip at the end with a seeping sweetness. Lovely stuff again from a brewer that just keeps getting better.

Cask Stillage at the Community Centre, Frodsham 07/05/2005 Dark coloured hoppy and smooth on the palate. Some bitterness in an oyster roast finish.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Dark, with a small beige head. Sweet, milky flavouring; no roast, but a bit of choc. Light, with a lovely smooth and soft mouthfeel, this is a Mild, which is subtle and very easy going.
