Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet moderate and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]

Cask handpull, The Babington, Derby. Hands down best local beer of the evening? Brilliant orange amber with a white rim. Tropical hop aroma hinting at pineapple, almond, urinal and biscuit. Mellow soapy orange hops; lean and citrussy with slight red apple and biscuit. Good balanced drop.

Cask. Clear golden with an off-white head. Lightly fruity nose. Medium body, fruit and caramel. Dry and lightly hoppy finish. 170110

Cask Handpump at the Babington Arms JDW, Derby 17/01/2010 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and floral. Smooth on the palate with a hint of dryness in a peppery malt finish.
