Jul 19, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is very zippy, but not much foam. Tastes sourish and dry, the fruityness is missing. Finish too hard. Not a good kristallweizen!

May 3, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a dense white head. Light butterish aroma. Flavour is spiced and mild malty. Dry spiced and buttery finish.

Sep 5, 2007 Bottle (bought at the brewery): Pale golden, rapidly vanishing white foam; delicate grainy-wheaty and clovey nose with traces of nutmeg; rather sweet flavour; wheaty, slightly sourish and sweetish finish. No pleasure.......

Jun 28, 2007 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet wheaty and slightly bready nose with sourish notes of citrus. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Pretty undynamic wheat-malty, slightly fruity taste; quite bitter, slightly hoppy finish with spicy phenols. Not a bad example of the style.
